📦 Orders & Customization

How do I place a custom order?

Simply select the customizable product listing you want (resin crafts, tote bags, or car freshies) and fill in your personalization details—such as names, dates, color choices, or glitter options—in the text boxes provided before adding the item to your cart!

Can I change or cancel my custom order after placing it?

Because we begin designing and preparing materials quickly, changes or cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Once production or resin pouring has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

🧪 Resin Crafts

Are resin items completely identical to the pictures?

Since every resin piece is individually hand-poured, no two items are exactly alike! Slight variations in color swirl, glitter distribution, or minor micro-bubbles are natural characteristics of handmade resin art and make your piece uniquely yours.

How do I care for my resin crafts?

  • Hand wash only with mild soap and cool water using a soft cloth.

  • Do not place resin items in the dishwasher, microwave, or direct high heat/sunlight, as heat can soften or warp the resin over time.

🚗 Car Freshies

How long do car freshies last?

On average, our freshies hold their scent for 3 to 6+ weeks, depending on the fragrance oil used, ambient temperature, and air circulation in your vehicle.

How should I hang my car freshie?

Always hang your freshie freely from your rearview mirror!

  • Important: Do not let it rest flat on your dashboard, leather, vinyl, or plastic surfaces. The fragrance oils combined with extreme car heat can damage vehicle interiors.

  • If using a windshield sunshade, make sure your freshie hangs inside the car between the shade and your rearview mirror to avoid trapping extreme heat.

👜 Custom Tote Bags

How do I wash my custom tote bag?

  • Spot clean or gently hand wash inside-out using cold water.

  • Hang or lay flat to dry.

  • Do not iron directly over printed or custom designs; cover the design with parchment paper or a pressing cloth if ironing is needed.

🚚 Processing & Shipping

How long will it take to get my order?

  • Standard/In-Stock Items: 3–5 business days processing.

  • Custom Orders: 7–14 business days processing. (Resin items require cure times to ensure durability and quality).

  • Shipping transit time usually takes an additional 2–6 business days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We package every item carefully, but if an order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the shipping box/packaging so we can send out a replacement!
