Welcome to Channn’s Custom Creations! By placing an order or purchasing from our shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Handmade & Custom Nature

  • Handmade Variations: All of our items—including resin crafts, custom tote bags, and car freshies—are individually handcrafted. Because of this, small variations in color, pattern, placement, glitter/pigment distribution, or minor imperfections (such as slight micro-bubbles in resin) are normal and inherent to the handmade process. These unique traits make your piece one-of-a-kind and are not considered defects.

  • Custom Orders: Please carefully review all personalization details (names, dates, spellings, colors, and design choices) before submitting your order. We create your item based strictly on the information provided at checkout.

2. Processing & Turnaround Times

  • Current processing/production times are estimated and may vary depending on order volume or design complexity.

  • Production time does not include shipping time.

  • Custom resin items require proper curing time to ensure structural integrity and durability; orders will not be rushed at the expense of quality.

3. Product Care & Safety Guidelines

Resin Crafts

  • Heat Sensitivity: Avoid exposing resin items to direct high heat, open flames, or prolonged direct sunlight, which can cause softening, yellowing, or warping over time.

  • Cleaning: Hand wash gently with mild soap and cool water using a non-abrasive cloth. Not dishwasher or microwave safe.

  • Food Safety: Unless explicitly labeled as food-safe, resin items are intended for decorative or functional non-food display use only.

Car Freshies

  • Melt Hazard: Freshies are made with scented aroma beads and can melt or warp in extreme heat. Always hang your freshie freely. Do not place it flat on the dashboard, leather, vinyl, plastic, or painted surfaces, as the oils and heat may cause damage to your vehicle interior.

  • Sunshades: When using a windshield sunshade, make sure your freshie hangs inside the car, between the shade and your rearview mirror, to avoid direct heat traps.

  • Safety: Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not ingest.

  • Channn’s Custom Creations is not responsible for any damage to vehicle interiors resulting from improper hanging or heat exposure.

Custom Tote Bags

  • Care Instructions: Spot clean or gentle hand wash inside-out in cold water. Lay flat or hang to dry.

  • Ironing: Do not iron directly over printed, vinyl, or sublimated designs. Use a pressing cloth or parchment paper if ironing is required.

4. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Custom & Personalized Items: Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

  • Non-Custom Items: Unused, standard non-custom items may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or with a clear mistake made on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and original packaging so we can resolve the issue.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer, or lost/stolen packages marked as delivered.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the buyer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, website content, and branding associated with Channn’s Custom Creations are the intellectual property of the business and may not be reproduced, resold, or used without prior written permission.
